Days 7 to 13..

Montreal, Toronto, Buffalo, Cleveland, Detroit, Chicago, St Paul

I must apologize to my faithful followers and fellow healthfreaks for not updating you daily.

The past week has been a mix between greasy fast food, beer, gin & juice and a massive snowstorm so i cant be too specific on my daily consuming But it was a lot of great and swetty (cardio kickin') shows and also massive afterparty nights.
I promise to do my best in the future with my daily updates, i know how important they are to you who try to live the Lindgren lifestyle.

So a rough estimated weeks consumption:

Total cigarettes: About 188
Total snus intake: About 73
Total alcohol consumption: Wooow!
Total controlled substance intake: Snowblind, can't see a thing..

Day six..

New York city
Breakfast: Chicken burrito with cilantro rice, greens and cheese at Chipotles.
Large Rootbeer, coffee, 3 cigarettes

Daily exercise: Walked about 4 blocks and then decided to get on the subway instead.
Had to walk the same 4 blocks back again coming back to the Gramercy.

Lunch: Huge chocolate milkshake, 2 cigarettes

Dinner: N.Y famous pizza (3 slices) with 2 beers and a stiff Gin & juice..

Nightly snack: Chicken & lamb pita with onions, peppers and cheese.

Total cigarettes today: About 31
Total snus intake: About 9
Total alcohol consumption: Great day, about 13 beers, plenty of G&J
Total controlled substance intake: Sadly none



Day five..

Trenton , N.J
Started the day with 2 pizza slices (yes again) a Bud, coffee and 4 cigarettes.

Lunch: Naaaah..

Dinner: Philly cheese steak sandwich smothered in mushrooms & onions
and a side of fat battered onion rings, 2 beers..

Nightly snack: Gin & Juice, Patron tequila

Total cigarettes today: About 26
Total snus intake: About 11
Total alcohol consumption: Slow day, about 12 beers, Gin & Juice (about 3) one shot of Patron tequila
Total controlled substance intake: Definitely not enough

Day four..

Charlotte, NC didn't have too much to offer in either culinary or exercise endeavors but i managed to get both carbs, fat and calories throughout the day so here we go..

Breakfast: 2 reheated pizza slices, one pepperoni and one plain cheese, 3 cigarettes and 2 Bud's.

Lunch: Microwave instant coffee with fatty fat milk.
Exercise: Walked back and forth the venue from the bus about 6 times. My legs hurt today;(

Dinner: Empelol spaahs polk with flied lice, splingloll, chickah wing and waantaah soop.

Total cigarettes today: About 34
Total snus intake: About 8
Total alcohol consumption: Slow day, about 11 beers
Total controlled substance intake: Not enough

Day three..

I forgot to mention a very important part of the diet so today i'm introducing Snus!

As usual a very slow day especially on the workout front.
Breakfast: Ham & cheese sandwich with mayo and potato chips, 2 Heinekens,
4 cigarettes.

Lunch: Nope..

Dinner: With the gang and lovely Tanja at a corner diner.
A toasted triple decker BLT + ham, turkey, swiss cheese, avocado
2 fantastic local dark microbrewery beers.

Daily exercise: I did some stretching exercises before we went on stage.
Pulled my groin and it felt so good i just had to do it again.

Total cigarettes today: About 32
Total snus intake: About 11 pouches
Total alcohol intake: Not enough to forget, about 13 beers
Total controlled substance intake: About 0,7 grams


As i said not too much goin' on but tomorrow i'm gonna raise hell at the gym;)

Day two..

Kinda slow day but I'll share it to you of course..

Breakfast: Coffee, 5 cigarettes, Spicy Elmo wrap with eggs, bacon, jalapenos, a Corona

Workout: Amazing cardio pass, went gator hunting in Lettuce Lake Park. Walked around the whole swamp on the boardwalks checkin' out alligators, turtles, birds and squirrels.

Lunch: Naah..

Dinner: 3 slices of Little Caesars pepperoni pizza, Budweisers.

Late night snack: Svedka vodka drinks with blueberry Gatorade.
5 lines of the White lady..

Total cigarettes today: About 32
Total alcohol intake: Too much to remeber
Total controlled substance intake: About 1,5 grams

Day one..

Started the morning with Coffee, 4 cigarettes, a Corona and one zip of water.

Lunch: Roast pork sandwich and a Mountain Dew.

Dinner/Frenzy: Baconwrapped Pigs in a blanket, Beans, Blackened Cajun fish, Cornbread, Coleslaw, Sangria, Gin & Juice, Corona's, Coffee.

Break for some laps in the pool while enjoying a beer and cigarettes..

Continuing the dinner: 2 kinds of killer Steak, Beans, Baked potatoes, Sour cream and bread, Gin & Juice, Corona's.
Dessert: Chocolate cake

Total cigarettes today: About 28
Total alcohol intake: Too much to remember..
