Day four..

Charlotte, NC didn't have too much to offer in either culinary or exercise endeavors but i managed to get both carbs, fat and calories throughout the day so here we go..

Breakfast: 2 reheated pizza slices, one pepperoni and one plain cheese, 3 cigarettes and 2 Bud's.

Lunch: Microwave instant coffee with fatty fat milk.
Exercise: Walked back and forth the venue from the bus about 6 times. My legs hurt today;(

Dinner: Empelol spaahs polk with flied lice, splingloll, chickah wing and waantaah soop.

Total cigarettes today: About 34
Total snus intake: About 8
Total alcohol consumption: Slow day, about 11 beers
Total controlled substance intake: Not enough
